Reframe Me Workbook
Stepping Into the Life You Were Made For
This is not a workbook about self-improvement. It is an invitation to surrender—to allow the truth of Scripture and the authority of Jesus to challenge the assumptions, patterns, priorities, and perspectives that have been shaping your life.
Workbook companion for Reframe Me.
What would change if you learned to see your life with Jesus at the center?
The Reframe Me Workbook is a small group companion to Reframe Me, created to help you move beyond simply reading about transformation and begin working out what a reframed life looks like in the places where you actually live.
This is not a workbook about self-improvement. It is an invitation to surrender—to allow the truth of Scripture and the authority of Jesus to challenge the assumptions, patterns, priorities, and perspectives that have been shaping your life.
Designed for use within a small group, each lesson corresponds with the reading in Reframe Me and provides space to slow down, engage Scripture, examine your life honestly, and prepare for meaningful conversation with others. The questions are not designed to produce the “right” answers. They are intended to help you recognize what God is revealing and consider how you will respond.
Throughout the study, you will explore what it means to live with a renewed identity in Christ, recognize the lenses through which you see yourself and the world, develop practices that support lasting spiritual growth, and take courageous steps of obedience in everyday life.
The workbook also includes additional resources for continuing the reframed life beyond the study, with practical help for abiding in Christ, living out obedience, loving as Jesus loved, remaining connected to your local church, and returning to faithful practices when you feel stuck.
The goal is not to finish a workbook.
The goal is a life increasingly reframed into the image of Christ—learning to remain in Jesus, respond to His Word, love as He loves, and live with courage and faithfulness wherever He has placed you.
Designed for:
- Small groups studying Reframe Me
- Church discipleship groups
- Existing groups looking for a focused spiritual-growth study
- Christians ready to move from reflection toward faithful response
Read the chapter. Work through the questions. Bring what you are discovering into community. And allow Jesus to continue reframing the way you see—and the way you live.
